"I never imagined it could be as powerful as that!  It felt like someone was holding my hand throughout the session, and like my arms were floating, several times I felt the need to check I could still feel the blanket I was laying on, other times I felt like I was floating in space. Incredible colours floating all around. 

I loved the singing bowl at the end although sad as I knew the session was coming to an end. Felt an emotional release after and so much lighter. "
